Ratbags
The RATS are the Rescue Agent Team, four children on a mission to save someone or something so when they find milk is being stolen and a shortage of money is forcing the animal sanctuary to close, they set out to find the culprit. The big reward means the animal sanctuary could be kept open but when the milk mugger turns out to be an old lady who is using the milk to help feed the animals in the sanctuary what are they to do and when the local newspaper editor finds out that they have a story, he wants the RATS to tell all.
